The Aero Precision Atlas R-One 12.7" M-LOK handguard is a lightweight free-float option built for AR15 builders who want to shed ounces without sacrificing rigidity or modularity. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the R-One uses Aero's proprietary ATLAS (Aero Taper Lock Attachment System) to clamp solidly to your barrel nut with zero handguard distortion—a common headache with other designs. This handguard weighs just 8 oz and comes with all mounting hardware included, making it ready to install on any mil-spec AR15 upper receiver and barrel.
The 12.7" length gives you a generous rail platform for accessories without the bulk of longer options, while the integrated full-length top picatinny rail accommodates optics, lights, lasers, or iron sights. Quick-disconnect sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions let you attach a sling however you prefer. The 1.3" inner diameter and 1.5" outer diameter keep the profile slim and ergonomic, and it's compatible with low-profile gas blocks so you can run a tight setup front to back. M-LOK slots provide tool-free mounting for vertical grips, rail sections, and other modular gear without the bulk of KeyMod.
