Built around Aero Precision's enhanced M4E1 forging, this upper features the company's proprietary picatinny profile, M4 feedramps for reliable feeding, and laser-engraved T-marks for sight reference. The receiver comes with port door and forward assist already installed. The 10.5" carbine barrel is 4150 CrMoV with a QPQ finish, 1/7 twist rate, and a .750 gas block journal paired to a carbine-length gas system. A low-profile gas block and standard A2 flash hider round out the package. The barrel and threads are not pinned or welded; note that per ATF regulations, if you're building a rifle (rather than a pistol or short-barrel rifle), a 16"-or-longer barrel is required, and any muzzle device must be permanently attached to meet that length.
The included ATLAS R-ONE handguard features a full-length top picatinny rail for optics or accessories, quick-disconnect sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions, and a slim 1.3" ID / 1.5" OD profile that works with low-profile gas blocks. The handguard is compatible with mil-spec AR15 uppers and carbine-length barrels. Assembly is complete—just add a bolt carrier group and charging handle to run it.

The included A2 flash hider is not pinned or welded, so you'll need to have that done or install a permanently affixed muzzle device. Alternatively, this upper works as-is for a pistol or short-barrel rifle build in a jurisdiction where those are legal.
