Wilson's bushing-type design leaves approximately 3/16 inch of the case neck unsized, a technique many experienced reloaders prefer for improved accuracy and easier bullet seating. The die comes equipped with an adjustable depth decapping rod and an extra decapping punch, so you can set precise control over how the primer pocket is handled. Because these dies don't include an expander, you have the freedom to choose your own sizing approach or use a dedicated expander die if your workflow calls for it.
