The Aero Precision Atlas S-One 14.94" handguard with M-Lok is engineered for shooters building lightweight AR-15s without sacrificing strength or modularity. This free-float design isolates the barrel from the handguard, improving accuracy by removing contact pressure that can shift point of impact. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the S-One keeps weight down where it matters—at the muzzle—while Aero's proprietary ATLAS attachment system delivers rock-solid indexing and repeatable installation every time.
The ATLAS system uses mirrored tapered locking nuts and a turnbuckle screw to apply even clamping pressure across a custom-engineered barrel nut, avoiding the handguard distortion common with other mounting designs. A ratcheting detent locks everything in place with positive registration. All hardware is included, so you're ready to install straight out of the box. At 7.95 oz for the 15" handguard (plus 1.9 oz of mounting hardware), this rail won't weigh down a precision build or a hunting rifle where every ounce counts.
