The Aero Precision Atlas S-One 14.94" M-LOK handguard is a lightweight free-float rail engineered for shooters building AR-15s where every ounce matters. Machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, this slim-profile handguard delivers the strength and mounting stability Aero Precision is known for without the weight penalty of heavier designs. The 14.94" length (actual 15" measured rail) works well on mid-length uppers and gives you plenty of real estate for accessories, grips, and controls while keeping your overall gun package nimble and maneuverable in the field or on the range.
What sets the S-One apart is Aero's proprietary ATLAS (Aero Taper Lock Attachment System). Instead of a traditional clamp, ATLAS uses mirrored tapered locking nuts and a turnbuckle screw that apply even clamping pressure across a custom barrel nut, eliminating the handguard distortion that can happen during installation. A ratcheting detent locks it all in place with positive registration, so you know it's secure. All mounting hardware is included—no hunting for parts.
The M-LOK slot design keeps weight down while providing full modularity for your chosen accessories. Front and rear picatinny rails give you mounting flexibility, and quick-disconnect sling sockets at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions let you set up your sling carry just how you want it.
