What sets this Arsenal apart is its hot-die hammer-forged receiver. While other builders mill milled AK receivers from bar stock, Arsenal's Bulgarian manufacturing uses a 5-ton hammer forge, which eliminates internal voids and cooling deformations that weaken lesser receivers. The result is finer-grained steel and uncompromising durability. From blank to finished receiver takes over 5.5 hours of precision milling—that work shows in how tight and consistent the lockup feels. The barrel is also cold hammer-forged using Steyr technology, hard-chrome plated for longevity, and topped with a threaded front sight block in standard Krink 24x1.5mm RH configuration.
The gun ships with US-made black or plum furniture, a 30-round Circle 10 magazine, QD sling swivel, rear Picatinny rail, cleaning kit, oil bottle, and cleaning rod. Controls are ambidextrous and combat-proven: safety lever and peep rear sight (calibrated to 500 meters) borrowed straight from AK tradition.
