Arsenal's process uses a 5-ton hammer forging operation to eliminate internal voids and cooling deformations, then invests over 5.5 hours of CNC milling per receiver to achieve the precision and strength the platform demands. The barrel is cold hammer-forged using Steyr manufacturing technology, and the bore and chamber are hard-chrome plated for corrosion resistance and longevity. You get a Bulgarian bolt and bolt carrier, a double-hook trigger, and an ambidextrous safety lever—components engineered for long service life and consistent function.
Out of the box, the Sam7K comes ready to configure. The threaded front sight block uses standard Krink configuration (24x1.5mm RH threads) and accepts suppressors, brakes, or other muzzle devices. A rear Picatinny rail lets you mount optics or secondary sights, and the peep rear sight is calibrated to 500 meters. The gun accepts any mil-spec 5-, 10-, 30-, or 40-round magazine—you get a new-production 30-round Circle 10 magazine in the box, plus a QD sling swivel, scope rail, cleaning rod, oil bottle, and cleaning kit. At 5.87 pounds unloaded, it's manageable in close quarters but substantial enough for precision shooting.
