The Arisaka Offset Scout Mount for LWRC is a purpose-built low-profile light adapter designed to mount tactical weapon lights directly to LWRC direct thread handguards without adding bulk or obstruction. If you're running a modern tactical rifle build with an LWRC handguard and a Surefire Scout Light, Modlite, Streamlight, or compatible optic-ready light, this mount solves the real-world problem of keeping your light tight to the gun while maintaining clearance for optics, front sights, and PEQ lasers.
At less than 0.20" thick, the Arisaka mount replaces the standard Picatinny adapter with a compact solution that positions your light at a 45-degree angle, tucking it tight against the handguard. You get three lateral mounting positions spanning approximately 0.240", so you can dial in the exact standoff distance that works for your setup—critical when you're balancing a light around an AN/PEQ-15, NGAL, or top-rail mounted optic. Whether you orient the mount upward (1:30 or 10:30 o'clock) or downward (4:30 or 6:30 o'clock), the offset positioning keeps the light body compact and your rifle's profile clean.
Built from 6061-T651 aluminum with MIL-A-8625 Type III hard coat anodize, the mount is both tough and featherweight at 0.4 oz. It's compatible with a wide range of scout-style lights: Surefire M300 and M600 series, Modlite PLH and OKW, Streamlight Protac Rail Mount, Olight Odin, and Arisaka's own 300, 600, and 18650 series bodies. The mount ships with the necessary screws to attach your light; you'll need an IP20 TorxPlus driver and a T9 Torx driver for installation (neither included).
