The Thompson Center Triumph is a .50 caliber inline muzzleloader built on one of TC's most proven platforms, blending traditional rifle lines with modern breech-loading mechanics. This is the gun for hunters who want American-made quality and genuine field performance without compromise. The Triumph delivers the accuracy and reliability you need for serious muzzleloader seasons—whether you're hunting whitetail, elk, or perfecting your load at the range.
At the heart of the Triumph is a 28-inch barrel with a 1:24" twist, rifled and fitted with TC's Quick Load Accurizor—a false muzzle design that eases loading and tightens groups, especially with saboted bullets. The entire barrel is Black Nitride treated, the gold standard for corrosion resistance in wet and harsh field conditions. The receiver and toggle-locking action are Cerakote coated for rust prevention and easy cleaning. The Speed Breech XT is where the Triumph really shines: it's a hand-removable breech plug that unscrews with just a quarter-turn, faster than any other inline muzzleloader on the market. It accepts 209 primers, works with both loose and pelletized powders, and features three gas compression rings that keep fouling minimal.
The stock is a fixed FlexTech synthetic composite with a semi-vertical grip, textured for wet-weather hold and featuring an ambidextrous palm swell so any shooter fits comfortably. A Limbsaver recoil pad absorbs the punch of magnum loads. Sling swivel studs are standard. The barrel is drilled and tapped for a scope rail and open sights, giving you options for how you want to aim. The included aluminum ramrod stows in two thimbles under the barrel, always within reach. From the trigger—clean, crisp, and predictable—to the positive-latching toggle that locks the barrel tight, every detail reflects TC's commitment to precision and durability.
This is an investment piece: Thompson Center muzzleloaders are made in New Hampshire and built to outlast the hunter. You pay more upfront because the materials, fit, and manufacturing are genuinely superior. A Triumph can be passed down for generations.
