The Sylvan Arms left-hand adapter fits standard AR15 platforms in .223/5.56, most 9mm uppers, and .308 rifles. It does not work with Tippmann 22 or LWRC pistols. Some 9mm bolt carriers with standard 5/8 ID sizing can use the included bolt extension after removing the pin and weight from your bolt carrier group.
