The heart of the PH3 is Seekins' 3-lug toolless removable bolt design, which allows lightning-fast caliber changes without gunsmithing and makes cleaning and maintenance genuinely simple. The action feeds the integrated 20 MOA Picatinny rail for optic mounting, while a full-length M-Lok rail runs the length of the receiver for mounting accessories exactly where you need them. The Mountain Shadow synthetic stock features an adjustable cheek riser, giving you the comfort and proper sight picture whether you're running iron sights, a low-power hunting scope, or a high-mag precision glass.
The 416R stainless steel barrel is topped with a 5/8x24 threaded muzzle, ready for a suppressor or muzzle brake.
