The Reflex system is built around intentional organization: supplies are staged for rapid deployment, and gloves can be accessed via side slots without even removing the roll from its carrier. The med roll itself features carry handles and shock cord loops, letting you attach it directly to a patient or secure it to an IV rack if needed. This flexibility makes the Reflex equally at home on a range, in a hunting camp, or as part of your vehicle kit.
Construction is heavy-duty nylon laminate throughout, with HANK (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar composite) grab handles built to withstand repeated use and rough conditions. The carrier mounts on belts from 1.5" to 2.25" wide—vertically or horizontally—or integrates into MOLLE gear via its mini MOLLE panel. That same mini MOLLE design means the system fits narrower 1.5" belts or standard two-row MOLLE panels without the bulk or wasteful overhang you get from oversized carriers. The Coyote Brown finish blends with most tactical and outdoor gear while remaining visible enough to locate quickly in a crisis.
