Faxon manufactures every barrel from raw 416-R stainless steel stock in their Cincinnati facility, subjecting each one to full stress relief, air-gauge testing, and magnetic particle inspection before Nitride finishing. The 11-degree target crown ensures consistent, repeatable accuracy. Like all Faxon barrels, this one ships pre-checked for headspace using precision custom hardened gauges and backed by a lifetime guarantee—confidence you can build on.
The package includes everything you need to get started: a thread protector, taper adapter, and Faxon RemAge-style barrel nut that works with a standard AR armorer's castlenut wrench. Installation on your Remington 700 action is straightforward for gunsmiths or experienced builders.
