The EGW Savage Renegauge 1-Piece Picatinny Base puts modern optics on your shotgun without compromise. If you run a Savage Renegauge and want to mount a scope, red dot, or other Picatinny-compatible sight, this one-piece rail mounts directly to the barrel rib and gives you the standardized interface you need. EGW machines these mounts in-house and finishes them with sand blasting and Type III anodizing—the same process used on quality AR-15 rails and precision rifle mounts—so they'll stand up to the recoil and weather that come with duck season, turkey season, or upland hunting.
A one-piece design means no rail segments to align or lose zero between different shooting sessions. The Picatinny cross slots run full length, so you have flexibility to position your rings or accessories exactly where they work best for your sight picture and gun handling. That matters whether you're shooting a red dot for speed, a low-power variable for brush hunting, or a dedicated slug scope for long-range shotgun work. The 0 MOA configuration gives you a neutral platform—no built-in cant or angle—letting your optic sit square to your bore.

This EGW Picatinny base is designed for Savage Renegauge Field, Renegauge Turkey Bottomland, Renegauge Turkey Obsession, and Renegauge Waterfowl shotguns.
Any optic with a Picatinny or Weaver mount interface will work—scopes, red dots, holographic sights, or other Picatinny-compatible accessories. You'll need matching scope rings or a direct-mount optic.
EGW recommends 20 inch-lbs of torque and a small amount of blue Loctite (sold separately) on the mounting screws. EGW includes a wrench with the mount. Do not overtighten, as excessive torque can damage the aluminum receiver.
One-piece mounts eliminate the potential for shift or misalignment between separate rail segments, keeping your zero rock-solid through the shooting season. A single unified platform also gives you more continuous mounting slots for positioning rings or accessories exactly where you need them.
