The Brownells Complete Window Slide Assembly with Ported Barrel for Glock 17 is a fully assembled upper receiver designed to upgrade your factory G17 Gen3 or serve as the foundation for a custom pistol build. This slide ships complete with barrel, sights, and small parts installed—no gunsmithing required. The standout feature is the top window and ported barrel design: eight angled ports vent gases to counteract muzzle rise, keeping your sights tracking faster between shots. Built from 416 stainless steel billet and finished in Black Nitride, the slide is machined to Glock factory specs and accepts Gen3 Glock 17 frames and compatible aftermarket receivers. The ported barrel is match-quality 416R stainless steel. Up front and rear, you'll find wide, shallow cocking serrations and mirrored front serrations for confident slide manipulation from any grip angle or shooting position. The slide includes a pre-cut RMR mounting slot for modern reflex optics with the Trijicon RMR footprint, plus a reinforced polymer cover plate if you're not running a dot yet.
Standard-height front and rear iron sights come installed and can serve as your primary sights or as backup iron when paired with a red dot.
