Built on a milled and forged receiver using cold hammer-forge barrel technology developed from Steyr manufacturing principles, the SAM7SF delivers the reliability AK shooters expect with features tailored for the American market. The 16.3-inch barrel gives you a compact overall profile without sacrificing velocity, while the right-side folding tubular stock makes the rifle genuinely portable—collapsing to just 28.35 inches for transport, vehicle storage, or tight shooting positions. With a practical rate of fire around 40 rounds per minute and an effective range to 800 meters, this is a serious rifle for hunting, range work, or preparedness without the SBR paperwork.
Every major component—receiver, bolt, bolt carrier, and fire control group—is Bulgarian-manufactured hot-die hammer forged, then hard-chrome plated in the bore and chamber for extended service life and corrosion resistance. The cold hammer-forged barrel arrives chrome-lined from Arsenal's Bulgarian factory. This isn't parts-kit assembly; it's 100% new-production engineering. The 24x1.5mm muzzle brake threads are right-hand and permanent, and Arsenal includes bayonet and accessory lugs for modularity. The ambidextrous safety lever works either side, and a side-mounted scope rail lets you mount optics without gunsmithing. Black polymer furniture rounds out the package—a pistol grip and handguards that manage felt recoil and stay cool under use.
