The Aero Precision M4E1T Complete Upper with 16" barrel is a fully assembled upper receiver ready to pair with your AR-15 lower—no gunsmithing required. Built around Aero Precision's M4E1 threaded upper receiver and paired with their new ATLAS R-ONE handguard, this upper delivers a modern, lightweight platform that doesn't compromise on attachment options or durability. Whether you're building a versatile rifle for the range, hunting, or duty use, this complete upper gets you most of the way there with quality components and honest engineering.
The M4E1 upper receiver features an enhanced forging with a billet aesthetic, M4 feed ramps for reliable feeding, and laser-engraved T-marks for indexing. The port door and forward assist come installed, and the threaded design pairs seamlessly with Aero's Enhanced Series handguards. The ATLAS R-ONE handguard uses Aero's proprietary attachment system to stay slim and light while delivering real estate for lights, grips, and other tactical hardware. Its full-length top picatinny rail plus quick-disconnect sling mounts at 3, 6, and 9 o'clock positions make it easy to customize your rifle your way.
You'll receive your choice of two barrel configs: a 16" mid-length 5.56 NATO with mid-length gas system, or an 18" rifle-length 5.56 NATO setup. Both are 4150 CrMoV with QPQ finish, 1/7 twist rate, and M4 feed ramp extensions. Each comes with a standard A2 flash hider—note that the muzzle device is not pinned or welded, so if you're building a rifle to 16" OAL, you'll need to have that done by a gunsmith to meet ATF requirements. HP and MPI tested for reliability. This upper ships assembled and ready to install on your lower receiver, but you'll need to source a bolt carrier group and charging handle separately.
