The Aero Precision Adjustable Low Profile Gas Block in .750 is built for shooters who want real control over their AR platform's gas system. Whether you're running a suppressed rifle, dialing in a competition build, or just tired of eating excess blowback, this adjustable gas block lets you fine-tune your gun's balance precisely—not guess at it. The low-profile design slides under slim handguards like Aero's R-ONE and S-ONE without interference, so you don't have to compromise your build's ergonomics or aesthetics.
Setup and adjustment are straightforward. A spring-loaded detent holds the custom stainless-steel adjustment screw in place and clicks audibly as you make changes—15 settings total—so you know exactly where you are. No secondary set screws to back out under recoil, no guessing if you're still where you left off. The wrench included makes adjustments easy even with a handguard installed. And because carbon fouling is channeled into a sacrificial chamber instead of locking up your gas system, you can clean and service the block yourself without special tools or trips to the gunsmith.
Built from 4140 steel and DLC coated for durability, this gas block attaches via two 10-32 x 3/16 knurled set screws to any barrel with a .750 gas block journal. It's machined to tight tolerances and designed to be user-serviceable—a tool that works for you, not against you. One note: avoid threadlocker on the adjustment screw itself; if you use any at all on the set screws, stick to the removable kind.
