The grip accommodates both full-size P365 XL/Macro slides (3.7-inch) and compact P365 slides (3.1-inch) when paired with a compensator. Magazine compatibility is straightforward: it works with Macro-length 17-round and 21-round magazines, so capacity gains are a real option if you're running the longer platform.
The front and back texturing strikes a thoughtful balance—aggressive enough to lock your hand in place during rapid fire, but less abrasive than some competition grips, which means all-day shooting or training sessions won't shred your palm.
